October 14 .- Armed infiltration by Santa Cruz del Norte, organized in Miami by Partido Unidad Nacional Democrática ( National Democratic Unity Party) , el Ejército Nacional Cubano de Liberación, ( Cuban National Army of Freedom) and Directorio Insurrectional Nacionalista , (Nationalist Insurrection Directory, DIN) and L Commands .

The group is formed by Gustavo Rodríguez Sosa and Tomás Ramos Rodríguez , two infiltrated peoples who had orders of getting in touch with military men, supposedly upset with the revolution and willing to carry out violent actions. Weapons were occupied, a Gulf Fleet ID and two false of sport fishing, handed by Rolando Nieves in Miami, alias "Patilla" .

Also they brought proclaims for FAR and MININT (Cuban Armed Forces and Ministry of Interior ) by means of which they were invited to integrate a so called Cuban Freedom Army (ELC) headed by Higinio Díaz Anne, before they left they were handed money and propaganda.

September 17 - Infiltration produced by counter revolutionaries , Alexis Lázaro Macías and Adalberto Ramos Monteagudo. The operation was organized in Miami by the Nationalist Insurrection Directory (DIN) , headed by terrorist Hector Alfonso Ruiz .The goals of infiltration were to commit sabotage in tourism stores to create the terror in the foreign peoples and to spread counter revolutionary propaganda.

A raft was occupied to the infiltrates , used in the operation , also two guns and a radio plant.

It was known that the swift craft used as a mother ship , was given to them by individuals linked to drug dealers.

December 29.- armed infiltration , by a near place to Cárdenas city, at Matanzas province , organized by L Commands , with the support of the National Insurrection Directory, and Alpha 66. Eduardo Díaz Betancourt , Daniel Santovenia and Pedro de la Caridad Alvarez Pedroso were arrested.

For that action, the infiltrate peoples received training in one of the PUND camps , placed in the street 168, in Miami, where 50 or 60 men were trained .

In the preparation of the action, there were involved: Héctor Alfonso Ruiz, Luis Crespo del Vale , alias "El Manco" and Reinaldo Domínguez Díaz, alias "El Barberito"

These infiltrates were moved to Cubans coasts in a ship , commanded by Francisco Córdova Torna, alias "Panchito" . When they were arrested , an AKM gun , a machine gun Luger, nine mm caliber and other means.

July 4 .- A group of Commands L , formed by Guilermo Casasus Toledo, Alejandro Basilio Pérez, Jospe Eugenio Llameras and Anthony "Tony" Bryant , tried to attack goals situated in the coasts at the Havana province. When they discovered the Cuban patrols, they moved towards near waters to Varadero beach , where the craft in which they traveled , suffered mechanic damage. Later they were rescued by a North American coast guard.

The North American authorities occupied the craft , weapons, maps and video cassettes which were filmed during the journey. After being interrogated by FBI, they were set free.

July.- A PUND operation failed to infiltrate with weapons to Jorge Rodríguez Macías , alias "Tinguaro" who apparently seemed to faint when he was near Cuban territory. Tinguaro pretended to put a bomb to the brewery "Manacas" which he tried to do when he was in the mountains during the 60 at Las Villas.

The plan consisted Tinguaro to land alone in a small raft , to put explosives and then to go away , for this he counted with a machine gun type MINI -UZI , a gun , bullets and a bag for explosives.

The operation received the collaboration of terrorist organization "Brothers to the Rescue" which informed him about the craft location at the North American coast guard . During the course , Brothers to the Rescue informed them that in their probable tour , there was only one way in the zone of Salt Key, Bahamas.

October 7- Armed attack from the sea against Meliá Varadero hotel. The action was organized by the counter revolutionary organization L Commands and in them participated Guillermo Casasu Toledo, Miguel Hernández and Jesús Areces Bolívar

In that occasion, Tony Cuesta, main head of the organization was interrogated by the Federal Bureau of Investigations about the use of explosives. Also , they participants were interrogated , who later were released . L Commands members under estimated any effective action of the FBI, over them, considering the importance of the Cuban vote, in the election process in Florida.

October 19.- organized infiltration by PUND, in which counter revolutionary elements were captured in Cuba, and other three in Bahamas. The Bahamian authorities occupy weapons and explosives in Anguila Key, apparently destined to be introduced in Cuba.

Gustavo David Torna Aguado, Miguel Angel Alfonso González and Eduardo González Torres were arrested by Cuban forces at Carbó beach , Yaguajay.

The group was also formed by Rubén Darío López Castro ( ex member of the infiltration team of CIA) Iván león Rijas and Jesús Morales García who were arrested in Anguila Key by the Bahamian authorities.

The Bahamian authorities occupied to them , the "Nautilus" a camp house , a pistol 45 with two chargers , a browning pistol with a charger , three knives, gases , six smoke grenades, four hand grenades, 11 chargers of AK-47 , a bag with detonating capsules , and other explosive devices , a machine gun Mack 10 Ingraham with silence , chargers and other means.

September 9.- FBI arrested Tony Bryant of L Commands, because of fire weapons possession and violation of neutrality law, but finally he was released of charges.

January . Five members were arrested by the coast guard services of PUND, on board the "Angelina" craft with heavy guns ( 30 and 50 caliber ) 4 assault fusels, three of them prepared to launch grenades and 10 000 projectiles , when they were leading to Cuban coasts.

The group was composed by Enrique Rabade , Pastor Guzmán , Gelasio Laborio, Alias Santiago Burgos, Iván León Rojas and Oscar Pérez, who in 1985 had been accused by illicit drogues possession.

April 2 .- The ship tank of Cyprus flag "Mikonos" was shot by a machine gun , seven miles at the Northern province of Matanzas, when she was moving oil towards the Carúpano port , in Las Tunas.

The action was carried out by the so called Secret Armed Army , headed by the terrorist Reynaldo Aquit Manrique, alias "El Chino Aquit" . Also Rigoberto Acosta, alias " the whip" , José Menéndez , Guilermo Casasus Toledo and Rafael Carrera Manso , who shot a machine gun caliber 50 against the craft. During the preparation , they received support of Eugenio Llameras Rondón.

May 18.- A plan with registration N8447M , property of the terrorist organization "Brothers to the Rescue" , violated the Cuban air space , at the Northern Santa Cruz, and was chased by a plane of the air guard of Cuba.

May 21.- Member of the counter revolutionary organization Alpha 66 were arrested by the custom service : Alfredo Bacallao, Juan José Ortega, Joel Cano Díaz, Carlos hernández, René Herrera, Jesús Hoyos, Ramón Mena, Orlando Suárez and Elvis Castellanos, when they were willing to travel to attack military goals in Cuba.

Four grenades were occupied ,4 assault fusels , semi automatic AR-15 a grenade launcher M 203 of 40 mms , a semi automatic fusel "Barret" caliber 50 and three guns.

Andrés Nazario Sargen, main head of the organization , publicly recognized that it was a military mission that it had been preparing during some months.

May.-The Head leader of the organization "Brothers to the Rescue" , José Basulto León, showed his concrete secret plans of a project of his to dynamite a tower of high tension in the San Nicolás de Bari zone, at Havana province . Also he was planning to blow one of its plains by the air corridor "Girón" in order to take photos of sensible places , which could serve later to carry out actions against Cuba.

July 26.- A plan of the so called Secret Armed Army failed to attack a goal in Cuba. They had foreseen to ask for support to the organization "Brothers to the Rescue"

August 21 .- Judge Lawrence King , of Dade County under estimate the charges against nine members of Alpha 66, arrested in May.

August .- The Cuba-21 movement , with base in Puerto Rico , carries out contacts with "Brothers to the Rescue" to spread propaganda near our coasts.

September -- A member of PUND Iván León Rojas was sentenced to two years of conditional freedom by the Dade judge, Lawrence King , meanwhile the rest , were absolved

October .- José Basulto León, main head of "Brothers to the Rescue" , urged publicly to the young Cuban men to attempt against the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and give solution by a violent way the problems of Cuba, besides he called the population to "give the battle inside the territory" and ratified the disposition of its organization to assume the "parallel risks " deriving from it" .

October 18.- The Mexican residing in USA , Mario García Rubalcaba was arrested in Cuba, who had orientations of Alpha 66 to carry out terrorist actions . This citizen had manifest intentions to attempt against the life of Commander in Chief , Fidel Castro.

In that same year 1993 , Luis Zúñiga Rey, member of the terrorist organization , Cuban American National Foundation (FNCA) recruited in USA the Cuban Olfiris Pérez Cabrera, to whom orientations were given to carry out poisoning of cattle , vandal acts against foreign and tourism cars, sabotages against hotel facilities , including the "Tropicana " cabaret , by which action he was offered 20 000 thousands USD. For such purposes , these devices were given from USA.

That same year , Alfredo Domingo Otero, also executive of FNCA and Zúñiga himself , recruited in North American territory the Cuban Ramón de la Caridad Inda Ramos , who received indications to set fire in sugar cane fields and localize important economic goals , by mans of the use of "GPS" with the purpose of commit sabotage.

From the beginnings of the year 1994.- The FNCA executives , Alberto Hernández, Francisco José "Pepe" Hernández Calvo and Roberto Martín Pérez Rodríguez organized an attempt plan against the Commander in Chief, Fidel Castro, in occasion of his attendance to the IV Iberian American Summit of Cartagenas de Indias.

In the mentioned plan, there were directly involved , besides , Luis Posada Carriles , Ramón Orozco Crespo, Gaspar Jimenez Escobedo, Félix Rodríguez Mendigutía and Raúl Villaverde Lamadrid .-

Some of the people of the plot traveled to Cartagenas , rented an apartment in the proximity of the event site and could not act due to the rigid measures of protection.

February 6.- North American Naval authorities arrested seven members of the Alpha 66 organization , when they were willing to infiltrate a command of three men in Cuba, headed by Rodolfo Frómeta Caballero.

According to the declarations of a FBI speaker , the group counted with a bunch of 50 weapons , including fusels, pistols, guns and 26 thousands munitions , besides some thousands dollars in cash.

February 25 .- A member of the terrorist organization Brothers to the Rescue, and an information man of FBI, one of the crafts flew , near our country in order to interfere the radio of the Cuban police.

By that time , the head leader , José Basulto studied projects to launch guided balloons and small planes against public, military centers . He was expecting to carry out tests in a first stage after sending explosive devices . Also he was doing research to buy a plain model " Maule" ( it lands in 400 meters) , to move explosives and munitions to Cuba to hand them over to internal counter revolutionary groups.

March 11.- An alpha 66 command launches from a quick craft , several squalls with automatic weapons against the Guitart Hotel, at Cayo Coco, the fact was publicly adjudicated to such organization.

June 2 .- Rodolfo Frómeta Caballero and Fausto Marimón were arrested , who had formed the terrorist organization F-4 Commands , when they were willing to buy war devices , among them an anti air missile "Stinger" to a covered FBI agent.

June 8.- FBI effective dismantled a secret camp of the counter revolutionary organization , Commands of Liberacion Unidos (United Freedom) , placed in the 12035 North West of the 2 Street of Miami.

August 20 . Four planes of Brothers to the Rescue flew between Matanzas and Cabañas , near the Cuban coasts . One of them , violated the air space at Northern Santa Fe, at Havana city, in a piece of lands of 25 kms with a depth of 7 kms . On board , in one of the planes ,there was the head leader , José Basulto and the traitor Orestes Lorenzo.

September   4.- Infiltration by Palo Quemado, Caibarién , Villa Clara, occasion in which José Benítez Menéndez del Valle and Irelio Barroso Medina landed, elements pertaining to the so called Nationalist Insurrection Directory, of Héctor Alfonso Ruiz, and who also were linked to the so called Secret Armed Army.

The goals of the infiltration were to carry out sabotages in Santa Clara. Weapons of different types were occupied.

After their arrest, they expressed that due to disagreements with Héctor Alfonso, they decided to constitute a cell called Patria y Libertad ( Homeland and Freedom) composed by 5 members and they infiltrated to carry out actions leading to the withdrawal of the Revolution. Menéndez del Vale recognized his link to the FNCA and said he received training in a camp placed near the Everglades.

October 6.- Again an armed command of Alpha 66 , carried out 66 shots against the Guitart Hotel at Cayo Coco.

October 15.- an armed group of PUND landed by a stone road at Caibarién- Santa María key, at Villa Clara with lifting plans . the team was made by Lázaro González Caraballo, Pedro Guizao Peña, Miguel Díaz Bouza, Jesús manuel Rojas Pineda , Armando Sosa Fortuny, Humberto Real Suárez and José Ramón Falcón Gómez , alias "The Ninja"

The infiltrates were recruited by PUND between the years of 1993 and 1994, with the goal of infiltrating in the national territory and establish at the Escambray mountains.

At his arrival , Raul Suárez gave death to the Cuban , Arcelio Rodríguez García. These terrorists were captured and a quick craft was occupied to them without registration of 22 feet of length with two stationary engines , mark Chevrolet , a fusel Ar-15 , three fusels Chinese AK , an a P-38 pistol, a Russian Makarov pistol and abundant park of weapons.

October.- The head leader "Brothers to the Rescue" , José Basulto, affirmed having started to train in one of his planes , to some members of the military and professional organizations, for Democracy, with view to carry out a joint sabotage against the oil refinery of Cienfuegos . Days after, FBI agents privately commented that Basulto pretended to do a violent action against Cuba using a Tele guided weapon.

In this period, Basulto was marketing the buying of a L-29 plane of Czech fabrication , Dolphin type, to go against Cuban military facilities.

November .- In this month, the Head leader , Brother to the Rescue, José Basulto , was planning to attempt against the life of the Commander in Chief , Fidel Castro and other revolutionary leaders , in a public activity, using an anti personal weapon, non specified , although ancient , it was considered effective, he also considered to enter explosives and weapons in the Cuban territory.

After knowing the plans, officer of the FBI, Oscar Montoto, manifested that it was necessary to know if it was a CIA's idea , and if it was so, he had nothing to do and the custom service would do instead. He added that since it was an weapon operation , to get these ones out of the North American territory , it was a matter of that institution.

November 2 .- Arrested by FBI in Miami, Reynaldo Aquit Manrique, Miguel Angel Suárez and Jorge Valdés , members of the so called Secret Armed Army, when they were willing to set fire to warehouses of the Solidarity Alliance Organization of the Cuban Workers (ATC) in Miami, where they stored donations of Pastors for Peace to send them to Cuba.

November 11 .- Héctor de la Roque Ríos , Sara Meyelín Euwod Rodríguez , alias Mayitas and Guillermo Eugenio Barbón González , known by "El Guille", PUND members of PUND after infiltrating near the Pioneers Camp "26 de Julio" in Varadero, Matanzas.

To these Counter revolutionaries , a quick craft type Formula was occupied, with stationary engine, a "Smith and Wesson" pistol of 9 mms , a "Smith and Wesson " revolver , caliber 3, 57 mms, and munitions.

They argued that they were being sent by PUND to develop armed actions , their true intentions was to come back and hand over to the authorities.

.The head leader of the terrorist organization, "Brothers to the Rescue" , José Basulto, tried to promote the so called " Operation or Concentration Plan ", by means of which he pretended to agglutinate the terrorist organizations and introduce weapons and explosive in Cuba.

February- March .- the so called Cuban American National Foundation (FNCA) orientated the study of the military objectives and the Cienfuegos refinery and the thermal electric plant from Matanzas , also the study of the "Tropicana" cabaret with view to the realization of violent actions.

March 2.- Terrorist infiltration by Puerto Padre, Las Tunas, organized by FNCA , Santos Antonio Martínez and José Enrique Ramírez Oro, introduced 51 pounds of C-4 explosives and devices to make explosive devices , such as 10 prepared watches , several meters of detonators.

The infiltration was organized with the old style of CIA, consistent of the use of a mother ship , an inter middle craft and a rubber raft , with which they finally landed.

March 8. Exit of the filtration by the same zone of Puerto padre, of the elements who entered on day 2 , for entering again on the 12, but this time with false passport in a commercial flight by the Airport José Martí. In Cuba , they traveled by several provinces to study the future sabotage targets. At Varadero beach , they placed a bomb at the "Sol Palmera" hotel, which was deactivated. They were arrested on 19 day.

During the interrogation , they informed they have been trained by FNCA members , Guillermo Novo Sampol and Gaspar Jiménez Escobedo.

Information obtained, indicated that Roberto Martín Pérez had four individuals who were preparing carefully to execute an attempt against the Commander in Chief , Fidel Castro, during his visits to Uruguay and Argentina, in such a way that FNCA was not publicly involved.

In the previous months to the V Iberian American Summit, Martín Pérez and the also terrorists Gaspar Jiménez Escobedo and Eugenio Llameras Rondón traveled to Argentine.

Elements obtained , reiterated the preparation for an attempt plan pretending to be carried out during the Iberian American Summit of Cartagenas de Indias and that could not concrete in that occasion, and that were reactivated in view to the Non Aligned Movement Summit . In that opportunity there were involved the same complot members of the original plan , except the terrorist Raul Villaverde , who suffered an accident.

April 18. The murderer of Leonel Macías was set free in Miami by an Appeal Immigration Board . Macías had given death on August 18 of the previous year of the Revolutionary War Fleet, in an action to abandon the country.

From February of that same year 1995, an immigration judge had given a political asylum , after a federal research about the circumstances of his escape and the Cuban accusations about the murder.

May 20.- Again the "Guitart Hotel" was attacked , in Ciego de Avila, from a quick craft .

July 12 .-Three members of PUND were arrested by FBI officers when they were going to infiltrate to Cuba, taking advantage of a fleet arriving to the proximity of Cuba the next day. After being questioned in Homestead, they were released . Weapons were occupied and explosives.

The so called "fleet" formed by several naval and air means , coming from Florida, violated the Cuban and air space. The vessels were detained by the Cuban Coast Guards , meanwhile the planes flew over the Havana littoral , spreading Anti Cuban propaganda of Brothers to the Rescue.

The main organizer of this provocation was Ramón Saúl Sánchez Rizo, of the Democracy Movement. Also José Baslto León and Billy Schulz and the Miami Commissioner , Pedro Reboredo.

Planes which violated the Cuban air space were the N 2506 type, crewed by Basulto, Guillermo Lares and a journalist of Channel 4, From the plane , images were taken of the Havana city, meanwhile the other plane , with registration N- 320ls was crewed by Billy Schulz, Cary Roque and Mario de la Peña

September 2.- A fleet, organized by Ramón Saúl , sails again , but it fails when the craft sank

December 16.- Members of the terrorist organization with plans to infiltrate in Cuba, arrested by FBI.

December 29.- Two Cubans were freed who were arrested for having stolen a craft in the Havana port.

January 12 .- the emigrate, Cecilio Reynoso is detained with 900 grams of C-4 explosives and electric devices of detonation.

January 13.- Planes of " Brothers to the Rescue" again violate the Cuban air space.

January 18.- Federal authorities withdraw charges against the arrested on December 16.

August 1.- A bomb is thrown in localities of the travel agency to Cuba.

August 21.- The North American terrorist Walter Van Der Veer is arrested

September 16 .- Armed infiltration by Punta Alegre , Ciego de Avila

October.- A terrorist plan existence by means of which , they would use air guided devices to throw them loaded with explosives against goals in Cuba.

October 21.- A plane owned by the North American State Department spreads a substance with Trip Palmi Karny plague at Matanzas province.

December.- North American authorities intercept an armed group when it was willing to realize an operation against Cuba.

April 12 .- An explosion of middle intensity at the " Aché" discotheque of the Meliá Cohiba hotel.

April 30.- Another explosive device is deactivated on the 15 floor of the Meliá Cohiba Hotel.

May 24.- A strong explosion is felt at the Cubanacán offices in Mexico.

July 12.- Two devices exploit at the National and Capri hotels in Havana

August 3.-- A small explosion in the Havanatur company is felt in Nassau Bahamas.

August 4.- Explosion of a bomb in the lobby of the Meliá Cohiba Hotel.

August 11.- the FNCA publishes in the Miami press a declaration of support to the terrorist actions who were occurring in Cuba.

August 22.- A small potent explosion in the "Sol Palmeras" hotel of Varadero beach

September 4.- Detonations in the "Tritón", "Copacabana" and "Chateau Miramar" were heard. The author was arrested the same day.

October 19.- A explosive device is discovered in a Transtur micro bus.

In 1997.- Luis Posada Carriles with FNCA executives organized an attempt plan against the Commander in Chief , Fidel Castro, to be carried out during the VII Iberian American Summit in the island of Margarita.

October 30.- An explosive device is found under a selling kiosk in the "José Martí" International Airport

March 4.- Two citizens from Guatemala are arrested who were willing to place four explosive devices.

March 20.- The gangster element is arrested and he is engaged to one of the female arrested on day 4, also participant in the action plans.

April 5.- Armed infiltration by the Northern part of Matanzas

May 16.- Armed infiltration near Santa Lucía , Pinar del Río.

August.- Before the announced visit of the Cuban president Fidel Castro to the Dominican Republic, plans are organized to attempt against his life.

October 10.- The Salvadoran terrorist is arrested at the "José Martí" International Airport, José Martí with plastic explosives.

November 17.- Four Panamanian terrorist are jailed who were preparing an attempt against the Commander in Chief, Fidel Castro.
