I am proud of these days of struggle, Gerardo says

Havana, July 4 (AIN) The human quality of the Cuban patriot, Gerardo Hernández  revealed again when this Wednesday , a letter was given notice to Gerardo´s future sons, there he expresses the pride for these journeys of struggle from Miami jails.

I live difficult moments of my life, far beyond of my country, but I am proud of this struggle, Gerardo confesses, in the letter he addresses to his children yet to be born, in reference to the years he already suffers in prison, most of the time in isolating conditions.

His wife, Adriana Pérez, read the message in which together to the human qualities, Hernández expresses sensibility and patriotism , at explaining to their children who will be born, the causes for which their parents were not so young.

The family multiplied through the whole country, traced new characteristics of this man, who according to his mother, Carmen Nordelo, he was respectful and active in all tasks.

Anecdotes from childhood and adolescence were narrated by her, who together to the nieces of Gerardo highlighted his joyful character, about the humorist he has always been and the example he is for relatives and friends.

I recall him as a great support and received from him comprehension right in the hardest moments after my mother's loss, said one of the nephews, meanwhile his sister's daughter characterizes him as the wonderful aunt, happy and  dynamic and that is a lot in his life.
